⚠️ Important:

  • We do not provide return shipping labels for orders where the customer changes their mind, places an order by mistake, or no longer wants the product.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping cost in such cases.
  • Returns sent without prior approval or instructions from us will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
Items must still meet the return eligibility conditions stated above.

Refunds
