Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time within the United States is 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS and other reliable logistics partners.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.


Multiple Warehouse Fulfillment

To ensure faster delivery and product availability, orders may be shipped from different warehouses (including locations in Texas, New York, and Florida).

As a result:

  • Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages
  • Delivery times for each package may vary

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues (such as USPS delays)

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is beyond our direct control. However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.


Tracking Information

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.
In some cases, packages may still be in transit even if tracking updates are delayed.


Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier

If your package is marked delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for further assistance.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Please note:

  • Claims for lost shipments must be reported within a reasonable timeframe
  • Resolution may depend on the carrier’s investigation outcome
